Stir-fried Green Beans with Garlic

<Ingredients for 2 servings>

  • Green beans 1 bag (about 30 beans)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • ★Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
  • ★Mirin 1 tablespoon
  • ★Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
  • ★Sugar 1 teaspoon

<Instruction>

Step 1

Lightly parboil the green beans in plenty of water → Drain in a colander and cut off both ends.

Combine the ★ seasonings.

Step 2

Adjust the number of garlic to your preference. Slice 2 to 3 cloves of garlic into 2mm thick pieces.

Step 3

Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, add garlic slices and fry over medium heat until fragrant.

Step 4

Once fragrant, add green beans and stir-fry further.

Step 5

Once the green beans are well coated with the aroma of oil and garlic, add the seasonings marked with ★ and stir-fry.

Step 6

Boil it over medium-low heat and it's done.
