<Ingredients>

  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 4 tablespoons yakiniku sauce,
  • Half of Chinese chives

 

Step 1

Marinate egg yolks in barbecue sauce (4 hours or overnight).

Step 2

Boil a pot of water, add a pinch of salt (not included), and cook the chives for 30 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes, depending on your preference.

Step 3

Cool the chives in Step2 in cold water, squeeze out the water well, and cut into desired lengths.

Step 4

Arrange ③ and ① on a plate to complete the dish.
