Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Japan. Our international shipping is offered through FedEx.  

Shipping is free for orders over 50,000 Japanese yen, but is subject to changes daily due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please refer to the top page of our website for the current amount in your currency.  

Link in Japan offers provides safe and secure delivery services for you to receive your items wherever you are. We cover any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.

Import Tax and Customs Clearance Fee Information

Customer Responsibility

・Customers are responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes in the receiving country and for providing the necessary documentation.
・These costs include sales tax (based on total order value), customs duties, and shipping carrier fees in the receiving country.

We understand that you may be concerned about taxes and fees, but we hope you understand that we are truly shipping directly from Japan and that you are receiving authentic Japanese products.

U.S.A

Shipments with a declared value of less than $800 often clear customs tax free.(U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Australia

Shipments under AU$1,000 are generally exempt from taxes and import duties.(Australian Border Force

Canada

Orders over CAD $20 are subject to duties and GST.(Canada Border Services Agency

Singapore

Orders over S$400 are subject to customs duties and GST.(Singapore Customs

EU

Generally, all shipments are subject to sales tax on the total price of the item plus shipping charges.(European Commission

The same applies to customs duties when considering our products are considered gifts for friends and family.  

If you are giving a gift, we recommend that you inform the recipient of the customs duties in advance, or set yourself up as the recipient, and then send the gift to the recipient.

In case of damage during delivery

We will carefully package the product to ensure there are no problems with delivery.  

We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact customer service with a detailed photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of receipt. Upon confirmation, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Delivery Time and Tracking

Shipping times and normal delivery times are 5 business days from the time your order is received. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
If you would like to check the status of your package, you can do so via the shipping notification email. If your package has not been shipped yet, you have not received a shipment notification, please wait for one.

If you know the tracking number, you can also track your package through each shipping company's website.

 
Please note that it is your responsibility to track your package. If your package is returned undelivered, we will not refund the shipping fee charged by the courier company.
