・Daikon radish, about 6cm from the thick part
・Cucumber, 1
・Canned tuna, 1 can
・Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons
・Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
・Black pepper, to taste
・Sesame seeds, to taste
・Seaweed (nori), to taste
・Salt, 1/2 teaspoon

Step1
Cut the daikon radish and cucumber into thin strips.
Step2
Sprinkle salt and 1 tablespoon of water on the daikon and cucumber, lightly massage, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Step3
Mix the drained tuna from the can with mayonnaise and soy sauce. Add black pepper to the mixture.
Step4
Squeeze the water out of the daikon and cucumber, and mix them with the tuna mixture.
Step5
Serve on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed on top. Your daikon and tuna salad is ready to be enjoyed!
