[Ingredients]

🐟Fried horse mackerel
・2 horse mackerels
・1 egg
・140 g flour
・200CC water

 

🐟Horse mackerel sashimi
・5 horse mackerels
・Garlic soy sauce
・A few green onions

 

🐟Grilled horse mackerel with butter
・2 horse mackerels
・Butter
・A pinch of salt
・Failure
・Lettuce
・A pinch of soy sauce

🐟Fried horse mackerel

  1. Mix eggs, water and flour.
  2. Dip horse mackerels in the mixture and place in warm oil.
  3. When the color of the batter turns golden brown, remove from oil and serve.It is crispy and delicious.
     

🐟Horse mackerel sashimi

  1. Take the head of the horse mackerel and remove the gills.
  2. Cut the horse mackerel fillet by fillet and remove the belly bone, entrails and small bones.
  3. Remove the skin.

🐟Grilled horse mackerel with butter

  1. Put butter in a frying pan (add a little garlic for extra flavor).
  2. Season horse mackerel with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the horse mackerel in the frying pan and pour soy sauce over it.
  4. Spread lettuce on a plate and serve.
