There are two types of equipment for brewing espresso: gas-fired and electric.
In this case, we will use the gas-fired type, which is relatively inexpensive.
We will use the Bialetti MOKA, which is often used in Italy.

Ingredients:
Coffee powder for espresso. (Appropriate amount)
Step 1:
Fill the bottom with water. The amount of water is also important for good coffee. There should be a marker on the bottom indicating the prescribed amount of water.
Step 2:
Put coffee powder into a funnel-shaped filter. Fill the filter to the very last line where it will not spill.
Step 3:
Attach the top part. Tighten it tightly and securely.
Step 4:
After that, put it on the fire and extract slowly over low heat. When you hear a popping sound, it is a signal that extraction is complete.
Bitter espresso goes well with something sweet.
Enjoy a perfect moment with your favorite dessert.
