<Ingredients for 2 servings>

  • 100 g pasta
  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed
  • 2 tablespoons white soup stock
  • a dash of soy sauce
  • a small amount of green onion

<Instruction>

Step 1

Add white broth to the water and bring to a boil, then add pasta.

Step 2

When the noodles are cooked, stir in the finely torn seaweed.

Step 3

Add just the right amount of soy sauce to complete the dish.
