Marinated Mushrooms in Japanese Style

This is a simple side dish recipe, just stir-fry 2 to 4 types of mushrooms of your choice and season with seasoning. It can be easily prepared and kept refrigerated for 4-5 days or frozen for a month.
In the fall, many kinds of mushrooms can be found in supermarkets and markets. Mushrooms are rich in minerals and fiber and are very healthy! If you keep them on hand, they make a great side dish!

[Ingredients] Serves 3-4

1. 500 g mushrooms of your choice
2. 2 tablespoons salad oil or sesame oil
3. [A] 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce, mirin and vinegar
4. [A] 1 teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Powder

[Step1]

Cut several mushrooms of your choice into small, easy-to-eat pieces.

[Step2]

Put salad oil or sesame oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat.

 

* Tips; Don't touch them at first so that they get browned! When the grill marks appear, turn it over. These grill marks are the key to deliciousness.

When the mushrooms are softened, add seasoning [A] and stir-fry briefly.

You may sprinkle black pepper on top if desired!
