Today, teishoku remains a popular choice for everyday dining, offering a balanced and nutritious meal option with various adaptations to suit modern tastes and lifestyles.
Today, I will introduce you to Pork Ginger, a classic Japanese teishoku meal.

- 200g thinly sliced pork
- Vegetables for garnish (shredded cabbage, tomatoes, etc.), as desired

A: Pickling sauce
- 10cc sake
- 8cc soy sauce
- 8g grated ginger
