You can use store-bought pizza dough, but for this recipe, we’ll use a homemade hand-kneaded dough.
To Make the Dough from Scratch:
- Bread Flour: 300 g (about 2 ½ cups)
- Salt: 7 g (1 ¼ teaspoons)
- Water: 170 ml (about ¾ cup)
- Dry Yeast: 1 g (about ¼ teaspoon)
- Knead the ingredients thoroughly until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Let it mature in the refrigerator for 1–2 days for the best flavor.
- If you're short on time, allow the dough to rise at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
