[Ingredients]

  1. 10cm Chinese yam,
  2. eggs,
  3. some green onion, 
  4. some potato starch 
  5. some white dashi 
  6. some mentaiko, some cheese (to taste)

[Step1]

Add grated yam, egg, mentaiko, cheese and potato starch.

Mix well until the mentaiko breaks down.

[Step2]

Add enough oil and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

[Step3]

Put it on a plate. Oops, I messed up. The shape is ruined. Add mayonnaise and it's done.
