New Year, with New Tea Bowl

New Year, with New Tea Bowl

The year 2025 has begun.

I am standing in my kitchen with a new year and a new spirit. I started to use this “Ippuku Bowl (Tea Bowl)” by Kokuzo-kiln in conjunction with the New Year.
At first, I thought of using it as a bowl for powdered green tea because of its gorgeous painting, but I decided to use it as a coffee bowl in my home.

The Ippuku Bowl series comes in large and small sizes, and there are a variety of patterns to choose from. The small size is comfortable for women's hands. The large size is also recommended for men.

Pouring carefully brewed coffee into this Ippuku Bowl is also a blissful time. Prepare tea cakes to be served with the coffee and put them on the table. The coffee time with the Ippuku Bowl, which fits comfortably in your hand, is a fresh feeling that makes you stand up a little straighter for the new year.

Ippuku bowls make me look forward to tea time, and next time I would like to serve them to my guests.
