Marinated tomatoes on a shirochibu plate

Tomato Marinade

A fruity marinade using apple cider vinegar. Recommended even for children who aren't fond of acidity.

<Total time : 10 mins>

<Ingredients for 1 servings>

3 medium-sized tomatoes
1/4 onion
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of black pepper

Step 1

Cut the medium-sized tomatoes into quarters.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and microwave it for 1 minute. Allow it to cool.

Step 3

Mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper together.

Step 4

Add the mixture from Step 3 to Step 2, and Step 1. Then mix well. If it lacks sweetness, adjust it with honey or another sweetener.
