Meatball and Tomato Stew

<Ingredients>

  • Meat Mixture - 300g ground meat (any type),
  • 1/2 onion, a pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Soup - Olive oil, approximately 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 package of shimeji mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes, consomme soup

 

Step 1

Roll the hamburger meat mixture into your desired size, place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes..

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic. Add shimeji mushrooms and sauté until golden. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook them down. Add 4 tablespoons of sauce, mix well, and then add 400cc of consommé soup. Bring it to a boil.

Step 3

Add the meat mixture from step 1 to the dish along with the accumulated juices and simmer for about 15 minutes until it's done..
